People onboarding plan for Maya Noor with two completed assignments and a workstation handover outstanding.
The manager sees which of Maya’s first-day tasks are complete and who owns the remaining handover.

How the work moves

  1. Start the employee checklist

Give each starter an onboarding plan. Equipment handover, training and policy reading keep their own owners and evidence.

  2. Review skills and goals

Enter skills directly or choose a résumé, skills list or LinkedIn skills export. The employee’s browser reads the file and presents suggestions. The employee chooses which skills to save.

  3. Make experience available

Link an eligible completed assignment to a skill and record learning goals separately. Employees choose whether their profile is available for project team suggestions.
