How the work moves

  1. Publish a course edition

    Write lessons, add quiz questions and set practical assessments. Publishing freezes the edition. A later revision leaves earlier enrollments and certificates tied to the course those learners took.

  2. Assign a learning path

    Assign an edition to an employee, or invite a customer or partner into the company academy. Cohorts can receive an entire path. The academy portal shows each learner their own assignments and materials.

  3. Check the evidence

    Learners record reading and submit quiz answers. The assigned instructor supplies evidence for practical work, outside training and attended sessions. Completion produces a certificate with the edition and any expiry date.
