How the work moves

  1. Set the sprint goal

Start with an empty sprint or a software, app or game backlog. Set the dates, then choose which stories, features and tasks belong in the sprint.

  2. Choose the team

Review contributors’ shared skills, learning goals and evidence from earlier assignments. Confirm the team, assign owners and tag work with the skills it calls for.

  3. Run the review

Move cards as work progresses. At closeout, completed work stays in the sprint record. Unfinished items return to the backlog for the next planning meeting.
