Approve the file that belongs to the brief.

Write the brief, compare asset versions and approve a specific file. A source change flags dependent artwork for another look.

How the work moves

  1. Define the deliverable

Draft the brief or asset specification inside the project. Keep source references, style, caption and alternative text with it so a reviewer has the editorial context.

  2. Compare versions

Upload a file or make a candidate in a production batch. Keep earlier versions, find files by tag, and see which versions need review when the source changes.

  3. Approve the handoff

Review the asset version and its provenance before approving it. In the WikiTitan pilot workflow, approved course artwork is attached to a specific course draft and revision.
