Purchasing can see what is on hand, what a project has reserved and what the supplier still owes.

How the work moves

  1. Reserve the stock

Enter the product, customer and order quantity. Available units are reserved against the sale, and a shortage identifies what still needs to be sourced.

  2. Receive and match

Record how many units actually arrived against the purchase order. Match the supplier’s bill to the agreed unit price and the received quantity before posting it.

  3. Ship or return units

Ship reserved units as they become available. A return records the units coming back and creates a credit draft for Finance to review.
