How the work moves

  1. Open a work order

Describe the visit or maintenance job, identify the site and equipment, and give it a due date. Link an existing project when the work belongs to a customer engagement.

  2. Name the technician

Assign the visit to a technician in the company. The service schedule shows who owns each order, when it is due and its current state.

  3. Document the visit

The assigned technician records completion evidence. The note stays with the site and equipment so the team can see what happened on that job.
